Our assessment to measure profile and personality consists of multiple different tests to capture a full picture of a person’s character. These include:

The variables of our assessment has been tried and tested through out 50 companies and over 20,000 population samples to filter the ones that have significant connections to performance in the working place.
Every candidate will answer multiple choices questions in the profile assessment that is designed to ensure that the candidates are not able to deceive the test. After the test, the personality variables are quantified so that it can be further analyzed and be used for scoring purposes.
The assessment is done for 60 mins.
We have provided a data dictionary inside the assessment report of every candidate. There you will able to see what each personality variable is defined as and what the results means.
If a candidate does not complete the profile assessment, they will not be given a result and recruitment scoring.
No, all the candidates that apply to different roles will go through the same profile assessment. The only difference is that they will be scored differently based on the role model that we want to benchmark them.
Because profile assessments will continue to improve and change as more data and innovation comes, there will be updates to our methodologies in assessing candidates such as adding tests or modifying them. This will impact the role model criteria and the candidate scoring as well. Clients can opt out from the updates if they want to in the case they want to keep the old methodologies.
