The decision engine is based on the role model that we create for each company. Every candidate’s profile assessment will be scored on how similar they are to the role model.

There will be a 1-Month consulting to create the company role model that requires the company’s performance assessment for the role that they want to recruit using TADE.

The decision engine is to measure a candidate’s potential in becoming a high performer in certain role in the company. Company can use this to filter candidates that have higher scores to save time conducting final interviews, while retaining effective screening in recruiting the best candidates.

Yes, the company role model definition and criteria can be changed to better suit the company’s needs and expectation of the candidate. However, there is a limited amount of times you can change the role model.

There is an option to modify and customize the decision engine personalized to the company’s request. However, it requires us to conduct a consultation project with the client in order to ensure that the data analysis is valid and tested correctly.
